  • With Other Users: When you express interest in a property or accept a viewing, relevant profile information will be shared with the counterparty to facilitate the transaction.
  • Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors (e.g., Supabase, Stripe, Resend) strictly for operating our Platform, processing payments, and sending emails.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal processes, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rentora, our users, or others.

4. Third-Party Authentication (Google OAuth)

If you choose to register or log in using Google Authentication, we receive your Google profile information (such as your name and email address) in accordance with Google's API Services User Data Policy. We use this information solely to authenticate your identity, secure your Rentora account, and provide you with a personalized experience.

5. Data Security and Retention

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. However, no transmission of data over the internet is completely secure. We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.
